ROCKFORD – The final paving and striping operations on Spring Creek Road have been completed.

In the next few weeks, the city says there may be periodic lane closures to address minor items, landscaping restoration, and the installation of pavement reflectors.

Spring Creek Road will remain open during construction activities. Traffic control with flaggers may be in place while the work is occurring.

Drivers are reminded to stay alert for workers at all times when driving through the construction zone and to be mindful of the reduced construction zone speed. Even though the road will remain open to traffic during construction activities, drivers are strongly encouraged to consider alternate routes for the duration of the project. R.
